As an experienced and knowledgeable HR practitioner, the HR Manager will lead and motivate a small HR team based at their site near Thetford, with regular travel to their Suffolk based location. You will have demonstrable experience in managing a range of employee relations casework, possess excellent administration and IT skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with experience of challenging multi-functional environments and a track record of success delivering significant organisational and cultural change. You will have the ability to know and understand the business and to identify how HR can best contribute to business goals, working proactively to make organisational change happen, building personal credibility, demonstrating the organisation's values, and building trust with partners in the organisation.
