Our client is one of the market leading Construction organisations with presence all over the UK. The purpose of the Rewards Manager role is to, assist developing and delivering the reward strategy for the business. The Rewards Manager will report into the Head of People Organisation. The culture of this organisation is; vibrate, fun and energetic.
Accountabilities for Reward Manager;
·Develop and implement strategic approaches for reward, benefits and company benefits across the company.
·Work collaboratively with HR team and business leaders
·Develop appropriate manager and employee communication and guidance, relevant to reward and benefits policies and processes to ensure consistency of understanding application.
·Collect and analyse market data
·Conduct reward related equality audits
·Bench marking activities
·Take responsibility for the development of all policies relating to remuneration, benefits and job evaluation.
·Manage and develop the salary structure to ensure it is aligned to appropriate markets.
·Plan and deliver annual pay reviews.
- Weekly/ Monthly pay
-Pay Modelling & implement a Framework for Pay.
This opportunity does offer the flexibility to work from home a few days a week however there would be a expectation to be based out of the office in High Wycombe at least half a week.
