Senior Accountant - Revenue Analyst

The Senior Accountant-Revenue Analyst worksunder the administrative direction of the Corporate Controller and will beresponsible for the tracking of company revenue, direction of trends and makingrecommendations to improve revenue tracking process. The Senior Revenue Analyst will also assistin the completion of the monthly financial close process.
Recording revenue, reconciling allcash accounts, expense accruals, trend analysis, and balance sheet accountreconciliations.
Assist in the preparation and reviewof monthly, quarterly, and annual financial submissions and reportingrequirements
Analyze client revenue details inOracle and Benefit Point throughout the month
Partner with the account managementteam to resolve any discrepancies that may impact revenue prior to bookingmonthly revenue entries
Analyze accounts receivable versuscash received and research and resolve variances
Facilitate revenue processimprovements and documentation
Prepare ad hoc reporting requests tosupport the monthly forecast updates and the annual budget process
Support the annual year-end auditprocess with external auditors.
Competencies and Qualifications
An ideal candidate will have:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting,Finance, or Business Administration
A minimum of 3-5 years of progressiveaccounting experience in a corporate environment
Displays a professional demeanor, asense of urgency, and the ability to perform well under pressure toconsistently meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills and a solidunderstanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Ability to work independently toresolve complex issues
Displays a strong attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in MicrosoftOffice products (Excel, PowerPoint), Think Cell, and Microsoft Dynamics GP
Flexible work hours may be necessary whenfacing deadlines
Occasional travel to local CSG Offices
