Due to expansion, our client has exciting opportunities for support workers to work in their new and existing homes to support service users who are living with autism and learning disabilities.
As a support worker, you will ensure the highest quality of care is given to all service users through their person-centred care plans.
Normal working week is 38.5 hours worked flexibly Monday to Sunday. Shifts will include days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
To be considered for this role, experience of working in a similar role in a secure environment in the Care sector would be preferable but not essential as we are also looking for people with life experience in general.
