Do you want to be part of their success story as the new Sales Support coordinator for the African market

Offer
You will start with a 6 months contract via Randstad. The salary is very attractive, depending on your experience, and will be communicated verbally in the first steps of the recruitment process. This is a 40hrs week position (32hrs is also a possibility). The company is located in Gorinchem (remote location). Start date is as soon as possible, or beginning of January.

Tasks Responsibilities
The Sales Assistant support the Sales Manager in his sales activities, by being deeply involved in many part of the commercial process of selling ships. You will provide day to day support to clients (B2B) within Africa. You will prepare acquisition trips for the Sales Manager to one of his designated countries, registering new sales opportunities, preparing offers and tenders and providing assistance in contractual preparations. Once a contract is signed you will be instrumental, along with your colleagues in the sales department, in delivering the product to the client s satisfaction. More specifically, your tasks may include
Organizing acquisition trips and facilitating Damen s participation in exhibitions in Africa
Preparing tender submissions and offers
Working closely with technical and financial departments
Handling after sales communication concerning contracts, clients and stakeholders
Support in financial processes, such as invoice flow and follow up.

Profile
Excellent spoken and written command of English. Good command of French and or Dutch is preferable.
You have Bachelor degree in Business administration, international studies or in a commercial field
You have previous experience in similar tasks
As a personality, you feel comfortable to work with people from different countries and cultures
As an employee, you enjoy to be accurate, active and involved.
You need to be already living in the Netherlands (in the vicinity of Dordrecht, Den Bosch and Utrecht), are legally allowed to work without sponsorship for 1 year and have your BSN number.
