What You Will Do

Job Summary:

TheBehavioral Health Assistant implements individualized behavior support plans under the direction of leader.

Responsibilities:

+ Assists in the planning and implementation of individualized behavior support plans.

+ Collects, records, and reports data on client progress making specific instructional changes according to established guidelines.

+ Alerts team members to any areas of concern.

+ Completes informal evaluations as required.

Qualifications

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

+ Preferred Credential(s):

+ BLS Provider.

Education:

+ Diploma. High school diploma or GED required

Work Experience:

+ None required.
