Assists with the coordination and implementation of the organization-wide Performance Improvement Plan and Program. Participates in data collection/collation/analysis of process or outcome measurements, including but not limited to Core Measures. Supports assigned medical staff departments through the Peer Review process and supports National Patient Safety Goal initiatives within the organization and proactively provides education to staff based on identified needs.
Position requirements: New Jersey Registered Nurse license. Minimum of 5 years clinical experience. Experience in data and PI preferred. Ability to manipulate databases. Able to utilize various computer programs to accomplish work as assigned (Excel, Visio, Verge, etc.) Ability to work independently. Excellent problem solving, planning and organizational abilities. Ability to facilitate and lead meetings effectively. Detail oriented with attention to follow-up. Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
