Entitlement Design Lead- supporting Human Resources (HR)/ Legal and Compliance (LCD)/ Investment Management (IM)

We need a business specific access model for entitlement controls leveraging firm approved solutions to address entitlement spectrums of function, data, usability and reporting. Working with Business Risk Officers, Application Developers, Business System Owners and the central Access Management team, the appropriate candidate will develop and execute on access management blueprint for HR, LCD and IM. Candidate will lead effort to implement Human Resources, Legal & Compliance and Investment Management's implementation plan including but not limited to the following activities:

  • Conduct granularity assessments for applications.
  • Manage a small team to conduct/assist with assessments
  • Analyze applications to understand potential entitlement concerns (granularity, design, integration, coverage, etc.) which may need to be addressed.
  • Pull, analyze and report on entitlement data such that meaningful conclusions can be drawn and concrete action steps taken. Iterate approach as more data becomes available.
  • Engage with business and technology communities to determine appropriate entitlement model(s) that ease the user experience (via Profiles, Roles, etc.), maintain control and are meaningfully reportable. All stages of the entitlement lifecycle should be considered when determining the model.
  • Assist application development teams in analyzing which solution may be most appropriate for each scenario.
  • Work with Technology & Information Risk teams for all centralized solutions.
  • Broad understanding of the MS Access Management Roadmap and how those deliverables fit in with supported businesses.
  • Beyond traditional entitlements, integrate coverage (data entitlements) into the overall model allowing for well controlled and timely execution. Include consideration of multiple interfaces, workflows, tools, maintenance and reporting.
  • Define and implement plan to seamlessly move to new entitlement model limiting disruption to the business users and coordinating/communicating with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels and between technology and the business
  • 5-8 years IT Risk and Control experience
  • CISA or CRISC certification
  • Knowledgeable on Human Resources, Legal & Compliance or Investment Management businesses a plus
  • Well versed in access management controls
  • Experience implementing role based entitlements
  • Familiarity with the concept of coverage/data entitlements
  • Comfortable with complex technical environments and multi entitlement platform set-ups
  • Experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
