In this role, you will be challenged to manage complex processes and relationships, to improve team efficiency and to meet business goals. As a member of the Transformation and Technology Innovation (TTI) team, you will have the opportunity to work with our business teams, as well as our technology teams. The main objective of the role is to assist in the design and implementation of business improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and service of Corporate Services, leveraging tools such as Lean Six Sigma (LSS). This will include ensuring process improvements, productivity improvements and cost reductions. This position is focused on continuous improvement, leveraging technology, and the redesign of processes, leading to processes that are standardised, repeatable and sustainable across Corporate Services.

Job Description

· Management of high priority, large to medium-sized projects, focused on process improvement, often numerous concurrent projects
· Work with management team to identify, define and prioritize projects to ensure the work aligns with strategic goals.
· Contribute to the assessment of business problems and opportunities and recommend best course of action (i.e. strategic and tactical).
· Utilize structured, disciplined, and data-oriented process to identify root cause and solve problems.
· Apply Lean Six Sigma tools - value-stream mapping, process and data analysis as well as Voice of Customer techniques
· Identify and gathers business process metrics, voice of customer, voice of business, policy/procedure impacts.
· Maintain appropriate documentation including project charter, progress updates, and final reports to capture and communicate learnings
· Effectively communicate progress to senior team. Create senior level presentations to communicate project and portfolio status and plans.
· Subject Matter Expertise - develop knowledge of the core Corporate Services processes, advise the business on requirements and best practices for optimizing these

Qualifications:

· 4-5 years of directly related experience, financial services industry and/or real estate experience preferred
· Expert knowledge of Business Process Management, Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering
· Strong Change Management Skills. Can clearly drive change successfully and is process disciplined. Is driven and persistent. Proven track record of supporting effective organizational change.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form effective working relationships quickly
· Can work effectively across multiple functions on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast passed environment
· Team player with a strong work ethic and highly motivated to learn
· Bachelor's Degree
