Brook Street Coventry has an exciting opportunity for an experienced personal assistant to join an internationally renowned organisation on a long term temporary contract starting early 2019.
Located in the Walsgrave area of Coventry, this role will be based in my client's state of the art office which has excellent public transport links with easy access to the M6 motorway.
Due to recent expansion with the team, my client is looking to recruit an adaptable individual that is proactive, and able to work on numerous projects at the same time. This role is an initial 3 month temporary contract that will be extended based upon performance, and has every chance of becoming a permanent role. The main purpose of this position is to support three heads of Technology, who between them cover Marketing, HR, Finance, Stores and Logistics. You will be responsible for the administrative, organisational and analytical PA tasks.
To be considered for this role you will need to have prior PA experience, ideally a minimum of 2 years. You must also have excellent communication skills both written and Verbal, strong IT skills and able to use Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, whilst being highly organised. Additionally experience working within a project team will be advantageous.
Standard working hours are 09 - 17 Monday to Friday but there may be some flexibility with this, the pay rate is £13 per hour.
