The Credit & Portfolio Manager will be responsible for leading the Recovery Execution & Analysis Team for Branded Cards. This role requires a keen understanding of the Citi Cards Branded Cards risk business as well as practical experience with project management tools. Responsible for coordinating efforts on open issues with multiple lines of business and operations units. Managing an exam ready process that is best in class.

Key Responsibilities
The VP, Credit & Portfolio Recovery & Analysis Manager responsibilities include:
  • Critical thinking with regards to Root Cause Analysis methodology
  • Strong understanding of Citi Credit Policies
  • Development of business requirements to implement business policy change request resulting from open issues
  • Develop Test plan to ensure testing validates intent of business requirements
  • Provide weekly detailed reporting on key initiatives
  • Setting deliverables and goals for multiple business peers within various business projects
  • Responsible for managing multiple open issues which require Compliance/Legal approval
  • Coordinate remediation plans with multiple businesses
  • Thorough knowledge of Compliance/Regulatory polices
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management or relevant leadership work history
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Thorough understanding of Consumer Credit Life Cycle
  • Strong analytical & leadership skills
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Intermediate skills in all Microsoft applications (word,powerpoint, excel, visio,)
