provide admin support to the project team including
- assisting with preparation of proposals, presentations, contracts etc
- taking and preparing minutes
- raising purchase orders
- proof reading proposals
- maintaining office systems
- organising overseas travel including visas
- liaising with clients
the successful candidate will be a strong administrator with excellent communication skills, great attention to detail,, strong MS Office skills and the ability to prioritise and operate under the pressure of deadlines.
