We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for your client based in Glasgow.
You'll be part of a small team and play a pivotal role in dealing with customers and making sure that you provide an excellent after care service.
We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail. Someone who always likes to make sure that every enquiry they deal with is taken care of in the correct manner. An understanding and experience of dealing with complains would also be very beneficial.
Your new office will based in the Skypark in Glasgow with fantastic panoramic views of the city. There is an on site Gym and café for those who don't wish to pop along to McDonald's at lunch.
