Exciting opportunity to work within a growing business on a 9 month maternity contract. As the company is growing this role could potentially turn permanent. This role is supporting the sales team and will require a forward thinker who also has a track record in building exceptional customer relationships. If you are a good communicator with strong organisational skills this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for sales team and customers
  • Process orders/install requests from sales
  • Stock management of equipment to ensure it is available for installation
  • Allocate equipment for deliveries
  • Plan and coordinate installer/trainers diaries and locations
  • Ensure customer database is up to date
  • Manage multiple projects at one time

The Person:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Have knowledge of MS office (mainly Excel)
  • Be a team player
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be a problem solver
