Office Manager (Customer Services)

Your new company
Your company is a well established organisation within the Leisure, Hospitality and Tourism industry. They are looking for a vibrant and experienced Office Manager within their Customer Services Department. This new job involves staff management, financial reconciliation and office management.

Your new role
Your new role will be to lead and manage an entire department, processing and systems. You will be looking after the Customer Service Department specifically focusing on the Ticket Office. This role will require an individual with in dept experience of managing systems and databases while also being confident with finance, marketing, staff management, HR and ideally have a background in Banking or Hospitality.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will need to to provide continued support to clients, customers and partnered organisations.
  • You will need to manage the sale and reconciliation of tickets both on site and for the purpose of 3rd party events
  • You will be responsible for managing the staff rotas and ensuring that the office staffing requirements are met on a large scale.
  • You must have the ability to liaise 3rd party with all clients, supporters, sponsors and connections.
  • You will be experienced in checking and reconciling all takings relating to the operation of the ticket office.
  • You will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer both on a practical and analytical basis
  • You will work closely with sister organisations to ensure timetabling and act as link between the organisations and the public.
  • You will also be required to fulfil public relations duties as and when needed
  • You will oversee staff and have a duty to ensure all customer service duties are met and all complaints are handled effectively.
  • Managing stock and ensuring all systems are in place to manage and allocate the same.
  • You will need to be proficient in IT and have extensive knowledge of the systems needed for financial reconciliation.
  • You will need to have leadership qualities and have the ability to manage staff .
