An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to work in our Contracts Office based at Kings Buildings in Edinburgh. The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the Contracts Office team and duties will include arranging travel, processing purchase orders and use of the online database system.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability of working within a similar role. Excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills, including competency in Microsoft Office, are essential.
This is a part-time role, 10 hours per week to be worked 2 hours per day, 5 days a week.
