We currently have a vacancy for a Heating Services Controller within the team at our Larbert office. This is a Fixed Term Contract opportunity until the end of November 2019 (1 Year) working 37.5 hours Monday - Friday 830-5pm.

In this role you will be responsible for generating & retaining customers within a defined area and delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

As a heating services controller you will Ensure individual engineers' worksheets are received prior to their working week and to ensure that each engineer's daily work schedule is routed in the most effective way possible while monitoring the return of engineers' completed work notes via PDA, and input manual work notes accurately into the system when necessary.

There is a key focus on customer service within this role and good administration and organisation skills are key as you will set up new customer accounts and process maintenance arrangements, schedule service visits by notifying customers in advance via Maxoptra routing system and handle customer's financial detail's including during the process of payments for products in accordance with agreed customer standard and legislation.

You should have Experience of working in a sales and customer service role, involving an element of success in outbound selling to customers, along with excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Excel.

Exposure and experience to Codas and work within a similar function are desirable.
