*Booking in vehicles for servicing and MOTs, making sure all of the vehicle maintenance requirements are up to date.
*Updating the computer system and maintaining accurate records (using the Kerridge in-house system).
*General administrative duties as required such as raising and taking calls.
*Processing of invoices ensuring that these are checked and verified.
*Liaising with customers and vehicle technicians to ensure vehicle maintenance is completed within a timely manner.
*Experience within the automotive industry.
*Business standard IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
*Experience using Kerridge.
*Excellent communication and customer care skills.
*Polite & professional telephone manner.
