12 Month Contract for a Reception/Administrator with a large manufacturing business in Stockport
Your new company
A large well known international manufacturing business in Stockport are looking to a Reception/Administrator for a 12 month contract to cover maternity. This business is a global leader in there market and have an excellent reputation for rewarding the staff.
Your new role
The Reception/Administrator role includes, welcoming and greet visitors, answer and refer phone calls and handle queries, sustain security, and issue visitor badges working within our systems, keep the Reception area safe and welcoming, keep appointment calendars up to date and schedule meetings, undertake other clerical responsibilities as assigned and arrange and book travel.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. You will have strong numeracy and accuracy skills with an eye for detail. You will be able to maintain customer relations with an enthusiastic and friendly attitude. Have the ability to work under pressure while remaining calm. You will be reliable and dependable with a professional appearance.
What you'll get in return
