Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO and CCO
Salary: £40,000 plus Private Medical, Cash Plan, Wellbeing & Other

The Role / Client
Our client opens the door to over 80,000 stylish serviced apartments in over 260 destinations worldwide, offering a spacious, great value alternative to a hotel when you're working or staying away. Founded in 1997, they are one of the pioneers in serviced apartments

Based in London this role will be to provide effective and proactive administrative, logistical and executive support to the CEO, CCO and other members of the Senior Management Team as and when required You will also have the flexibility to travel across the UK and Europe as and when required by the business. You will be able to work flexibly, including some weekends and bank holidays as required by local conditions.

Responsibilities include:

* Maintain CEO's and CCO's schedules, including managing complex itineraries and frequent travel and often co-ordinating the calendars of others to ensure smooth business running
* Plan ahead to achieve key deadlines and avoid diary clashes
* Co-ordinate and manage CEO's/ CCO's communication and correspondences under the CEO's/ CCO's stewardship, following up on pending matters as and when required
* Organise and co-ordinate events, conferences as well as Executive Committee meetings, including co-ordinating agenda items, taking minutes, following up on topics and issues, representing the office as necessary
* Managing board meeting details such as venue set-up, accommodation, agendas and diary co-ordination
* Compilation of executive papers, reports, information, presentations and board packs to ensure the CEO/ CCO are fully informed and prepared at all times
* Handle guest complaints/ compliments and draft responses to, or independently respond to, inquires
* Maintain filing systems
* Ensure that invoices/bills are accurate; ensure proper coding and forwarding of invoices to accounts payable
* Plan and carry out special project assignments and act on behalf of the office in assisting in the resolution of problems
* Address confidential matters when appropriate in a professional manner
* Manage and build good relations with key contacts, both internally and externally
* Delivering Memorable Guest/ Customer Service

Experience & Skills Required:

* Customer Service Skills
* Strong PC skills, including software packages (ie. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication/ attention to detail/ proactive and self-motivated/ strong forward planning skills/ time management and prioritisation/ ability to work under pressure - reacting to unexpected circumstances and tight deadlines/excellent calendar management skills/ ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
* At least 2 years as a Personal Assistant, ideally at Executive level
* Hospitality experience desirable but not necessary
