We are looking for experienced administrators who are confident using CRM and other software programs, and inputting data whilst talking on the telephone. Based in Basingstoke, the administrators will be comfortable dealing with a high number of incoming calls.
You should have excellent attention to detail as there is a lot of important data entry. There will be a lot of training provided in this role, so you should be quick to learn.
Speaking a foreign language would be an advantage but is not essential.
" Inducting Applicants in accordance with legislation and company procedure
" Keep Clients updated in relation to paperwork
" Referring queries relating to legislation to a senior manager of the Legal Team
" Liaising with the Business Development team regarding potential prospects.
" Ensuring the correct contracts and documentation are issued.
" Keeping accurate ID and bank account details
" Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date.
" Deal with requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
" Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
" Excellent telephone manner
" Good experience and knowledge of Office software
" Understanding of Compliance and GDPR
Salary - £18 - 20k
20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
This role is based on 3 shifts:
8am - 4.30pm
9am - 5.30pm
11.30am - 8pm
Some Saturday morning working on a rota basis. This will be paid as overtime.
