Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Reporting to CEO
Salary circa £38k plus Benefits
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our well established, not for profit organisation providing sheltered accommodation, care and support services to older people.
You will provide the highest standard of organisational, administrative and project support to the Chief Executive and Board along with overseeing the head office function and environment.
You will have a professional flair for making things happen, seamlessly. You'll be involved in a wide range of tasks and no two days will be the same - whether that's facilitating and arranging events and meetings, getting stuck into project work, coordinating the CEO's diary or setting up excellent systems that enable the Management Team to achieve more in a day. The right candidate will be truly diplomatic in their approach and have a can do attitude.
This role is a full-time position working 35 hours per week with occasional evening meeting attendance required. In return the Association offers a competitive salary along with a generous pension scheme and staff benefits.
