Our client is based in Hillington, has great transport links and free parking. They looking for an experienced Service Administrator with good Excel skills to support their busy mobile facilities team.
What does this role involve?
- Managing the varied processes for multiple client accounts.
- Maintain regular and effective communications with engineers to control work to completion with the initial target to complete within accordance to the client SLA.
- Ensuring all Sub-contractor orders are requisitioned and raised.
- Identify any outstanding purchase orders and unissued parts.
- Identify and ensure that all additional works are managed in line with contractual requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring all works are taking to complete financial closure within the customer and company guide lines.
- Ensure the filing process for supporting documentation
- Record legislative documentation to meet the client/company recommendations.
