Exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a busy manufacturing business based in Exeter. You will be part of a small team offering support on many levels.
Process orders received via email and telephone
General record keeping
Data input using an in-house system
Provide administration support to other areas of the business as required e.g. Warehouse
Skills and attributes:
Proven organisational ability
Positive "can do" attitude
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to work as part of a small team
Customer Service driven
Working hours: Mon - Thurs 08:00 - 17:00, Fri 08:00 - 16:30 and 1 in 5 Saturday mornings 08:00 - 11:00 paid as over time at time and a half.
There is an attendance bonus available on top of a competitive salary.
