My client a leading and reputable membership body in Central London is currently looking for a Graduate Sales Executive
Key duties and responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through warm calling and lead generation and following up inbound leads to the business
Closing sales and working to and achieving sales targets both individually and as part of a wider team
Managing client expectations and providing fantastic follow up and customer care
On-going client management to win upsell business / cross-sell other business to your own base of clients
Maintaining a strong sales pipeline
Develop and implement an account development plan, call cycle and meeting programme that achieves individual sales territory (volume and profitability) targets. Engage members to ensure customer awareness of business initiatives and campaigns and minimises member attrition.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Manage all customer relationship information by communicating with the operational delivery department and finance, and maintaining the in-house CRM and database systems so that colleagues can access customer information at any time.
Continuously develop industry knowledge, commercial awareness and own skills in order to provide the best possible standard of account management and maximise sales.
Promote our brand image and values in every internal and external engagement so that it reflects the company's high standards and develops the customer relationship.
A degree or similar
Some experience of sales, business development, telesales, telemarketing, customer service with outbound calling, fundraising etc.
Proof of networking and selling

Excellent interpersonal understanding
Strong achievement drive and initiative
Excellent communication skills
Good organisational and administrative skills
