I have partnered with a privately-owned software company who are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their busy HR team based in Cambridge.
Reporting directly to the Business Service Director, my client is seeking an operationally focused HR Generalist/ Manager to take responsibility for the comprehensive and professional HR service delivered across the business within in the UK as well as in global offices. This HR service will include; employee relations, performance review/appraisal, pay and reward, employee engagement, learning and development and using HR Information Systems.
The ideal candidate for this role needs to be either fully or part CIPD qualified at level 5/7 or have equivalent qualifications. You need to have substantial experience in a generalist HR role at a Manager level, along with a breadth of knowledge and experience in a similar environment across all areas of HR.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate a strong track record in developing and implementing learning and development initiatives within a commercial business, and have experience of providing high level employee relations advice to a range of employees within the UK and internationally.
You also need to have:
* Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
* A strong operational focus and drive to develop policies and procedures
* Knowledge or experience of the employment law inside and outside of the UK market
* Experience managing HR Projects
