Macildowie HR are working with a fabulous organisation based in Leicester! They are looking for an HR Assistant to their team on a 12 month fixed term basis. You will be joining another HR professional and the team will be looking to grow in the future. This role is offering up to £22,000 for the right candidate depending on experience.
You will be reporting into the HR Manager and will deal with a wide range of HR queries from across the whole company (around 300 people) .
You will get involved in producing and editing new contracts, changes to employee details and sending out all HR documentation.
You will also be given the opportunity to assist with all HR projects including updating the company hand book, recruitment and payroll.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role you need to have a strong background within HR Administration as well as confidence dealing with Line Managers on a daily basis.
Attention to detail is key in this role and you must also be able to work with pace as the organisation is ever changing!
Education and experience is mandatory in this role so the ideal candidate will be either a HR graduate (or similar) or hold a minimum of CIPD level 3.
