SME Commercial Account Handler

As an experienced Account Handler, you will work through and manage the small to medium sized commercial client's insurance requirements on a daily basis. This includes primarily new business and retention of existing accounts via outbound sales. You will also be responsible for dealing with all incoming queries from customers, insurers and third parties, negotiating new business and renewal rates daily.
The successful candidate will enjoy working within an excellent environment and alongside like minded colleagues. What we seek from you is a good understanding of the commercial lines' insurance market along with product knowledge to place and manage business with insurers as well as assisting clients with your technical understanding of their risks.
