The Bulls Head pub is a lovely lake district pub in the centre of Milnthorpe, Cumbria. It's situated on a crossroads on the A6 between Kendal in the South Lakes and Lancaster. This is a true village community pub for the residents and a place to meet friends, have a meal with the family or play pool.

The large function room upstairs is ideal for gatherings and the property also has letting rooms which appeal to passing trade or contractors that are visiting the local area.

The ideal operator needs great personality and to be community focused, you would be happy to get involved in local life, village activities and events and use this to your business advantage. Some basic catering experience to offer traditional pub dishes would also be an advantage. Letting room/hotel experience would also be beneficial alongside marketing experience to help drive this aspect of the business to its best potential.
