Inbound Sales Advisor

Our contact centre in Loughborough is home to a professional, supportive team. Everyone can make a difference here. So while experience of making Inbound Sales calls and meeting targets would be a plus, it's not essential. What's really important is that you're a fast, eager learner who'll embrace our training and connect with people over the phone. You'll also be able to keep focused under pressure because, like us, you're definitely up for a challenge!
What responsibilities will I have?
The purpose of this role is to convert leads driven by marketing activity into sales whist maximising customer delight. To achieve this, it is the sales advisors role to explore the needs of the customer, offering a package that meets the customer's individual requirements, taking into consideration Handset/Network/Tariff/Lifestyle.
We like to see our advisors approach every interaction with customers as an opportunity and to explore ways to increase sales and value added services such as insurance and accessories.
