We are looking for a digital seeker to deliver top digital users' experience across the whole customers' journeys and serve our customers, in an omni-channel strategy, across the digital ecosystem of Proximus (responsive web and app). Main responsibilities As Digital UX Expert, you will be part of the e-Transformation department and will join the Digital Studio team of Proximus.be. Among you main responsibilities, you : Will be responsible for an optimal customers' journeys end to end covering the whole digital ecosystem of Proximus. Have experience in and are able to work in an Agile methodology Collaborate with the different business teams to define and develop wireframe prototypes for new web pages or customer journeys. You will also challenge and validate wireframes created by other people in the team or department, with the objective of always delivering an optimal customer day from "end to end". Participate and assist Product Owners in defining requirements. You are able to quickly understand business objectives and concerns. Work closely with designers, integrators and Product Owners to define and improve the customer experience and journeys, while respecting the omni-channel strategy in place. Design dynamic Axure wireframe prototypes based on metric analyses, ergonomic test results and customer feedback. Verbally communicate UX analyses, recommendations and design solutions directly to key product owners. Use the available quantitative and qualitative analytical data to develop any new UX prototypes and after implementation, you ensure that you measure the impacts of these changes on the customer experience. Ensure that the proposed solutions are accessible and sufficiently intuitive for a typical visitor. Participate in projects with the various business stakeholders and possibly the IT teams. Share UX concepts during management presentations, in order to highlight areas for improvement on the various customer journeys and/or digital platforms. Organize customer tests such as ergonomics tests, focus groups, and participatory design sessions... to confirm possible customer experience problems. To do this, you define test scenarios and monitor them. Synthesize the results of customer studies or tests, in order to understand and control customer expectations, translate this data into business value, identify opportunities for improvement and finally, translate all this acquired data and information into a concrete action plan, in collaboration with the Product Owners. Collect, analyse and regularly interpret new trends on the digital market, innovation and evolution of visitors' surfing behaviour on Proximus sites and apps and more generally on the Internet. You openly share these researches and results with your colleagues and distil them into UX and design recommendations. You keep informed of the latest developments in digital ergonomics, web design best practices (UX/UI) and distil your knowledge into structured UX design recommendations. Thanks to the benchmarks and market studies you conduct, you proactively propose new ideas and actions, with the aim of always optimizing and simplifying the customer experience, in line with the company's digital strategy. Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of UX guidelines, libraries, toolkit, process... You will manage and take the lead on specific projects and new products releases, in close collaboration with the Marketing, Communication, Branding and e-Transformation teams, acting with a pro-active and hands-on attitude. Open and team player with excellent communication and coordination skills Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in user experience (digital knowledge, Web / App, responsive/native design, Axure,...) on large business projects, in big companies You have an excellent knowledge in UX/UI and master tools like Axure You master digital usability rules and ergonomic and used to analyse metrics reporting. Organised, you can work on multiple actions and projects at the same time. You have a good knowledge of content management systems, e-commerce and self-service solutions, both in web responsive and mobile apps. You have an ability or facility to understand the technical aspects of the internet. Eager to learn and learning savvy (interest in new products and new technologies, digital native). You have a good knowledge of Agile project management. Flexible and stress resistant (with respect for - externally - defined deadlines and priorities). Entrepreneurial, you are customers- and results oriented. Creativity assets, to think out of the box and propose pro-active actions. Ownership, you work independently, are decision-maker and able to take your own responsibilities. Good knowledge of French, Dutch and English; able to participate and interact in a multi-languages meetings. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or other related fields. Or equivalent professional experience.
