Locality Manager (Supported Living)

I am actively recruiting for a skilled, passionate and person centred locality manager to oversee and manage a large supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, complex care needs and challenging behaviours.
You will join a growing recognised provider of person centred care and support and take a prominent role in developing and driving forward high quality care services.
Employed on a full time basis, you will be responsible for the management of a number of project managers to ensure an excellent level of care is provided.
You will hold registration with CQC and promote an environment which is safe and homely.
Finance, HR and recruitment will all form part of your locality manager responsibilities.
This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled manager who is seeking the opportunity to put their stamp on a growing supported living service and who would like to grow and develop with a forward thinking provider.
To be considered for this exciting role, you will need to display a proven background managing services for adults with learning disabilities, complex care needs and challenging behaviours. You will hold the QCF level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent and hold a full UK driving licence.
Flexibility to share "on call" responsibilities is essential.
In return for your extensive knowledge, skills and experience, you will benefit from a competitive salary up to £35000 per annum and the opportunity to achieve quarterly bonus through achieving set KPIs.
A small company car or car allowance will be provided and you will receive a generous annual leave allowance.
