We Offer
  • Interpreting complex US voluntary re-organization offers.
  • Presenting details of offerings to the client base (incl. Prime Broker and Trading Account Representatives) in an accurate, condensed, timely, and professional manner.
  • Collection and execution of client instructions.
  • Sending liabilities to the relative parties.
  • Collaborate with the Securities Lending and Repo desks.
  • Processing entitlement transactions.
  • Accountable for balancing events in entirety and subsequent differences.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation and recordkeeping is maintained within event files.
  • Responding to verbal and non-verbal inquiries.

Over time, you may be called on to participate with the following:
  • Testing system upgrades.
  • Participate in training fellow associates as necessary.
  • Initiating and documenting procedure improvements.

You Offer
  • You bring at least 4-5 years of experience processing all aspects of voluntary corporate actions.
  • You have exposure supporting stock loan and prime broker clients.
  • Are you well versed in settlements and securities lending and utilizing DTC?
  • Do you have experience with SWIFT, CDS or Euroclear?
  • You have an undergraduate degree.
  • Are you competent with MS Excel and Word?
  • You possess excellent time management and prioritization abilities. Able to perform in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
