Our client, a leading Insurance Broker in the heart of Bristol is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their successful commercial insurance department.

As an Account Handler you will provide excellent and efficient service and advice to commercial clients across their insurance needs to maximise retention.

Role responsibilities:

  • To provide a proactive and responsive service to clients
  • To produce accurate and timely documents for all aspects of insurance needs
  • To advise clients with a view to achieving a successful renewa
  • To advise with a view to achieving successful renewal, up sell and identify cross sales for existing clients
  • To keep accurate client records and files at all times
  • To build good working relationships with the client's Account Executive and the wider client team
  • To work within FSA rules and guidance as interpreted by the Group's compliance policies and processes, particularly the policy on Treating Customers Fairly
  • To identify gaps, up selling and cross selling opportunities and act on these

The successful candidate will have a professional and business like approach and have strong communication skills that will enable them to build good client relationships, provide good levels of customer service.

You will preferably be Cert CII, or working towards this.
