Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager

I am recruiting a Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager for a recognised professional membership body based in London.
This will be a 360-degree sales role. You will be required to source your own leads, build up relationships, account manage effectively, negotiate and close deals with potential partners and sponsors, selling benefits (sponsorship for events), products (advertising, high value subscriptions) and partnership sales packages.
The successful candidate will be required to have experience in: business development and key account management, preferably within the professional membership body / association sector; negotiating deals over the phone and face to face; using a CRM database to update prospects; selling to high level decision makers; a consultative sales approach, smart and tactical in approach in order to maintain long term relationships and develop further leads.
The role will be targeted and a bonus of £5K will be generated should the annual target be achieved. There is scope for greater commission should you over-achieve on target!
