We are currently looking for a conscientious self-starter with good working knowledge of the construction industry to join our Hook-based client on a permanent basis. Working as a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing complete project support to a range of internal teams, while also acting as the first point of contact for customer queries.
Due to the nature of the role, the chosen Candidate MUST have their own transport.
Key Responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
Raising and processing orders, confirming Terms and Conditions and confirming information pertaining to visits, costs etc.
- Checking that quotes and additional work instructions have been confirmed by the Client before the relevant Operatives can be scheduled.
- Ensuring that office files are produced in relation to each order and taking responsibility for said folders to ensure that they are kept up to date at all times.
- Raising draft invoices and taking responsibility for credit control by attending weekly meetings to confirm the position on invoicing and monies outstanding.
- Various other ad-hoc tasks as required.
