We are currently looking for a bright and ambitious office junior to join our clients expanding Customer Care Team based in Debden, Essex.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
•Acknowledging complaints & logging them onto the Case Management System (CMS) and Complaints Register
•Sending holding emails where appropriate
•Retrieving reports and paperwork from field staff as required
•Scanning documents into the correct case on the CMS
•Creating complaint escalation packs including distributing to 3rd parties where needed
•Sending emails & writing letters
•Photocopying, shredding, filing & archiving
•Providing refreshments.
