The environment is fast paced, vibrant and fun. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of new Payments & Billing Advisers. The role will involve handling inbound calls from customers to discuss billing options for them. They are looking for highly communicative individuals who can be engaging, warm and empathetic to a customer's needs and requirements. This is a role for someone who is naturally a people person. You must be professional, and ambitious would be great as this client home grows their own talent on a regular basis.

The role will involve working a 40 hours week Monday to Sunday 8.00am to 9.00pm, so flexibility is paramount. If successful you will receive three weeks condensed training, which will give you all the key tools, and any additional skill to conduct the role. We would advise that within the first 3 weeks training no holidays can be authorised.

Our client offers an initial starting salary of £16400pa which overtime can increase to £17600, you also receive a monthly bonus within this role which is great given its a customer service position.
