Job summary:

Company managing large portfolio of properties throughout London is looking for the right individual who can provide administrative support to real estate department and manage all documentation aspects of the lettings process. The role involves communicating with applicants across London, administrative duties, bill management, tenant referencing, maintenance arrangements, agreement renewals, filing documents online, move in - move out schedules, safety and security check arrangements, communication with tenants, overlooking inventory.

We manage a wide portfolio of properties and are looking for a key team player to provide administrative support - to grow within our team and continue to learn the ins and outs of property management.

The position is with immediate start. Training will be provided.

Duties:

  • Updating online adverts
  • Managing letting enquiries
  • To update software, Excel Files and Word Files with details of properties, tenants and landlords
  • Update and renew GAS, NICEIC and EPC Certificates
  • Sourcing suitable tenants
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • CRM
  • Property management: liasing with tenants, landlords and contractors, maintaining strong relationships, and resolving tenant issues in a professional manner
  • Office administration
  • Bill management, Handle all utility bills and council tax queries
  • Tenant referencing
  • Maintenance arrangements
  • Agreement renewals
  • Filing documents online
  • Move in - move out schedules
  • Safety and security check arrangements
  • Communication with tenants
  • Overlooking inventory
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
