Job Title: Operational Support & Noticing Administrator

My client operates across the United Kingdom delivering market leading solutions for a portfolio of highly recognisable clients.
Overview of role:
Ensure key information is readily available, work instructions processed and permits action-ed in advance of works and closed as appropriate. Liaise with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure all relevant information is captured and progress of works communicated,resolve outstanding issues/disputes. Input and maintain key data. Produce reports for the operational delivery teams as requested.
Ensure you have a good understanding of the key elements of the client contract.
Collate and report information
Ensure permits are in place and closed on completion of works
Liaise with third parties
Able to work in a fast paced environment and be self motivated
Able to manage own workload and adhere to deadlines
Good IT skills Competent with the use of: internet, email and Microsoft (word, excel, outlook)
