Graduate Administrator

£16,000-£20,000 DOE

We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Administrator for a forward-thinking, dynamic organisation based in the Leeds Area. You will be part of a busy team and have a varied mix of customer/ client services and administration duties. We are looking for a confident individual at Graduate level or equivalent, who has had some experience within an office-based role. Key responsibilities will include;

  • Updating the computer system
  • Handling client/ customer queries and providing them with the relevant information
  • Liaising with various stakeholders
  • Various administration duties
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Minimum six months of experience working in an office based role
  • Competent using MS Office
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Confident communicator
  • Excellent attention to detail
