Are you looking to utilise your skills as a secretary within a conveyancing team? If so, Interlink Recruitment are looking for an experienced conveyancing secretary to join a friendly and sociable law firm.
This role will involve supporting two senior members of staff and undergoing some reception duties.
- Updating electronic case management system
- Liaising with clients
- Answering incoming calls
- Diary management and travel arrangements
- Dealing with correspondence
- Secretarial experience- specifically within conveyancing
- Professional telephone manner
- Friendly and approachable manner
- Confident personality
- Highly organised
