Working closely with the training department and call centre this role sits firmly in the middle as a Quality & Compliance expert.
A competitive salary of £17,000 - £21,000 plus Monday to Friday working of 8.55am - 5.30pm this is an opportunity to take that next step in your career.
As a Quality Officer, you will be responsible for evaluating calls, ensuring a high level of service is provided to customers, monitoring performance and compliance, carrying out audits on products and employees, identifying trends and training needs and reporting to managers.
