Our client, a financial advisory firm, is recruiting for an experienced Presentations Specialist to establish a Document Production service to support a team of approximately 30 people. The company is expanding and there will be an opportunity to grow a team of Presentations Specialists in the future as the company continues to expand.
This is a brand new role and it presents an exciting opportunity for someone to set-up a department and be responsible for producing marketing related materials of the highest standard. You will be the expert on all marketing material being produced and have ability to set-up templates, corporate guidelines and recommend use of additional software which will help enhance the materials produced. This is a permanent position and the hours will be either 10-6pm or 11-7pm. Flexibility on working hours is essential during busy periods and where urgent deadlines need to be met.
The publishing tool is PowerPoint and there might be some use of Excel for charting for creation of pitch documents and you will also be responsible for producing memorandums.
This role is ideally suited to someone who has a headdown approach to their work and thrives under pressure. You will be the company's expert in document production and be their professional advisor in this capacity. Knowledge and interest in Adobe Suite and Infographics desirable but not essential.
The salary range on offer is £40,000-£45,000 and the company offers an attractive benefits package.
