Our growing client are looking to strengthen their Real Estate and Property Insurance team's with the addition of a New business focused Account Executive to build their own portfolio.
As a business they've consistently grown over the last 10 years by both acquisition and organic growth and have excellent relationships with insurers and MGA's allowing for a wide range of placement options for clients risks.
You'll be keeping what you win, so you'll need to be capable of managing your diary actively, once you've reached critical mass your role will flick to being service led with minimal new business requirements.
Day to day:
Actively seek out new business opportunities
Complete full fact finds on new clients
Developing leads from existing clients, referrals and introducers
Build a network of personal introducers (Commercial Property Agents etc.)
Actively network to increase leads and referrals
Convert Leads into permission to quote and onwards into a policies.
Cross sell to existing and new clients to maximise client coverage and revenue for the business
A solid grounding background in Real Estate and Property Insurance within the UK retail environment
A Client focused approach with a desire to get out and win new clients
A sales focused mindset with a skill set that includes high level negotiation, influencing, client and stakeholder management, presentation and IT skills
Exposure to wider commercial insurance classes is beneficial
