We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Recruitment Co-ordinator within Fenwick ltd.

Recruitment Coordinators will partner our Retail Leadership Teams, enabling the best talent to join our stores. You will own the end to end recruitment process; from posting roles, telephone screening candidates, arranging interviews and standing over the offer process.
Christmas is a key time for us, and our recruitment coordinators will plan and execute the Christmas recruitment plan, enabling our stores to provide a great experience to our customers. You will also play a key part in recruiting great talent onto our Graduate Programme each year, by attending career fairs and university events, screening applications and holding assessment centres.
Our Recruitment Team will guide Hiring Managers in the right direction with their resourcing needs whilst providing a seamless, first class candidate experience. Although based in Newcastle City Centre, we have various stores across the country so some travel will be required.
We are looking for a candidate who has;
•Experience in volume recruitment
•Great communication skills
•Stakeholder management experience
•Planned and organised - ability to manage time and prioritise delivery of task
•Ability to work under pressure
