Class People are currently recruiting for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant and energetic team based in Exeter.

We are the leading education specialist recruitment agency in the South West, who puts education at the heart of everything we do.

Managing a hot desk, key responsibilities will include maintaining our outstanding relationships with our schools and nurseries, as well as developing new ones.

You will be taking and filling day-to-day bookings for staff from settings as well as working long-term or permanent vacancies. You will also be responsible for looking after our teachers and teaching assistants, as well as sourcing and registering new candidates - and recording all of this accurately on our CRM.

This is a sales-based role so you will be a figures-driven individual who likes working towards targets and KPIs.

Experience of education sales or recruitment would be useful but by no means essential.
