We're looking for an experienced recruitment manager to take a lead in our people strategy!
Who We Are

This job is for someone who revels in a challenge. You will have (supported) autonomy to get sh*t done from day one. You'll own the candidate experience. We live in an experiential world and the candidate experience is our chance to not only get off on the right foot with future employees but also to build a good reputation among those that don't secure a role with us.
Your day-to-day will be focused on owning the entire Recruitment function of the business and to develop the strategies and long-term outlook to improve the business's performance and productivity. To be a self-starter and avid networker with a proven ability to head-hunt key candidates!
To break it down clearly, the crux of what you'll be doing is:
- Recruitment performance; Treating the recruitment process like a Sales pipeline, each stage will have metrics and measures about time to complete, success ratios and cost and is the bedrock of the role.
- On-boarding; The People team play a key role in supporting the Line Managers and candidates. This will be measured by people successfully passing probation, their performance through those initial months, time to break-even point… and enjoyment of the process!
- Employer Branding; The Marketing side of the Recruitment process, the employer branding will be all about putting us out there and building our reputation as a top employer to work with!
You're curious above all else, you're confident, results-focused and non-traditional; you have solid in-house experience. You are excited by the idea of being responsible for the company's recruitment work and to become a thought leader in the recruitment space, promoting how businesses can do more for candidates and employees! Anthropology is an area you are curious about and you genuinely care about people and able to communicate effectively to sell people on what we're trying to achieve… and you're looking for a job which will keep you creative and keep you challenged.
