A creative agency specialising in digital and content, require a tech savvy professional to join their team. As a Social Media and Community Manager you will manage social campaigns and deliver engaging social media strategies, as well as manage all community communications.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience of social media / community management
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience of social analytics, campaign reporting
  • Good knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering engaging social media strategies
  • Driving marketing strategies, from planning to execution
  • Creating engaging text, images and video content
  • Responding to social comments and customer queries
  • Monitoring feedback and reviews
  • Organising and attending events
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Building relationships with industry professionals, journalists, customers
