HR Assistant - Analytics - City of London

12 month FTC - £30,000
A highly successful, global business based in the City are looking for an experienced Administrator with strong Excel skills to support their HR function.
The ideal candidate will have intermediate Excel skills; comfortable using formula and VLOOKUPs which will be used to produce and present a range of HR analytics.
As the HR Assistant you will support the HR Director and wider HR team across a range of BAU duties and project based work.
Key responsibilities will include:
Production of a range of HR reports including sickness and absence reports, head count, average tenure etc
Reviewing contracts and offer letters - new starter and leave admin
HR payroll support
Diary management for the HR Director
Providing a first point of contact for any ER issues that arise.
To be suitable you will be personable, outgoing and proactive; you will thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy using your own initiative.
There is also the opportunity to get involved in a range of HR projects and transition programmes.
The salary on offer for this role is £30,000.
